Loan processing fees are charged to cover the administrative costs involved in processing your loan application. These fees are non-refundable once the loan application is successfully processed, even if the loan is subsequently rejected or canceled.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a payment has been made more than once for the same service due to an error, a refund of the duplicate amount will be processed.
  • Technical Errors: If a technical error on our payment gateway or system results in an incorrect charge, we will investigate the matter and process a refund accordingly.
  • Incorrect Charges: In case of any incorrect charges that are proven to be a mistake on the part of Vedika Fincorp, a refund will be issued after a thorough review of the claim.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

The following fees and charges are non-refundable:

  • Loan processing fees once the application has been processed.
  • Interest or other charges associated with approved loans.
  • Late payment fees, penalties, or any charges due to non-compliance with the terms of the loan agreement.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must follow the steps below:

  • Contact our customer service team at customer.service@teamvedika.com or WhatsApp us at 9431710000 with your payment details, including the transaction ID, date of payment, and reason for the refund request.
  • Your request will be reviewed, and we may request additional information to verify your claim.
  • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment.

5. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used to make the initial payment. If the payment was made via credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI, the refund will be credited to the same account or card.

6. Timeframe for Refund

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The exact time may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution. If the refund has not been received within the specified period, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
